At North Bromsgrove High School, our Student Senior Leadership Team (SSLT) plays a vital role in shaping school life. The team is made up of dedicated students who demonstrate outstanding leadership, responsibility and commitment to our school community.

Working alongside senior staff, the SSLT represents the views of students, helps to drive positive change and acts as role models for younger pupils. Members are expected to embody our school values every day, leading by example through their conduct, resilience and commitment to excellence.

The role of the Student Senior Leadership Team

The Student Senior Leadership Team works to:

Represent the student body and ensure student voices are heard.
Support school improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for positive change.
Organise and lead whole-school events, assemblies and campaigns.
Welcome visitors and represent the school at community and partnership events.
Mentor and support younger students.
Promote inclusion, wellbeing and a positive school culture.
Encourage participation in school life and celebrate student achievement.

Making a Difference

Throughout the year, the Student Senior Leadership Team works on a range of projects designed to improve the student experience.
