North CARE Values

Our CARE values run throughout all aspects of school life at North Bromsgrove.  They stand for Community, Aspiration, Respect and Endeavour and they formulate all of our rewards and sanctions as well as being a vehicle for our CARE Curriculum and our House system: Churchill, Attenborough, Rowling and Earhart.

We aim to build a strong sense of community within our school, the local area, and the wider world, fostering environments where collaboration and mutual support thrive.

 We encourage every individual to develop high levels of aspiration, empowering them to identify their potential, set ambitious goals, and strive for success in all aspects of their lives.

Central to our vision is instilling deep-seated values of respect for oneself and for others, celebrating diversity, promoting empathy, and ensuring inclusive interactions across all differences.

Finally, we champion the spirit of endeavour, teaching students the importance of resilience, perseverance, and hard work in overcoming challenges and achieving their personal best.
