We all know that it's difficult to maintain enthusiasm for exercise in these winter months and so the PE team have put their fitness lessons online via our YouTube account.
There's no excuse now to not take part and send into Mr Stanford (bst@northbromsgrove.worcs.sch.uk) your personal best times, heart rates, distances and pictures. All will be awarded with house points!
