By giving students the chance to take on positions of responsibility, we hope to develop key skills such as, listening, communication, teamwork and self-organisation.  We believe that leadership roles will build both confidence and resilience in our learners, ensuring that they are fully prepared to tackle the challenges that lie ahead.
